These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KeyPulse (the "Service"), provided by Security Tech OÜ ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, launching, or otherwise using KeyPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You agree to these Terms by accessing or using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use KeyPulse.
2. Permitted Use
You must use the Service lawfully, comply with all applicable local laws and Apple App Store requirements, and refrain from interfering with, disrupting, reverse engineering, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
3. On-screen Display and Consent
KeyPulse draws your own key presses and mouse clicks on your own screen. You are responsible for what you choose to display and record, and for obtaining any consent required where you present, stream, or record. Do not use the Service to display or capture another person's input without their knowledge and agreement.
4. System Permissions
The Service requires the macOS Input Monitoring permission to function. You may grant or revoke this permission in System Settings at any time; revoking it will stop the on-screen visualizer from working. The Service does not request Accessibility permission and cannot type or click on your behalf.
5. Accounts, Purchases, and Billing
Some features of KeyPulse require purchase or subscription through third‑party stores such as Apple. All billing, refunds, renewals, and related matters are managed by the respective store provider in accordance with their terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Security Tech OÜ and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and branding, except where third parties hold rights. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services
KeyPulse may rely on external infrastructure or platform providers (such as Apple). We are not responsible for any outages, policy modifications, or terms imposed by such third parties.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Security Tech OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time when necessary for user protection, system security, or legal compliance, or if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on this page with a revised "Last modified" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
