Megapix AI does not collect your name, email address, IP address, or any identifiers. You can use the app completely anonymously, with no account required.

2. Your Photos Stay On Your Device
All image processing is local. Every AI enhancement, upscale, and restoration runs entirely on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Your photos and any related data are never uploaded, sent to a server, shared, or synced externally.

3. No Internet Required
Megapix AI works fully offline. The app does not need an internet connection to enhance your images, and it does not transmit your photos anywhere.

4. Purchases
If you choose to unlock Megapix Pro, the transaction is securely handled by Apple via their in-app purchase and subscription system. We do not see or store any of your billing data.

5. No Tracking
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising frameworks, or cookies. We do not track your usage behavior, nor do we collect metrics on how you use Megapix AI.

6. Security
Because your photos and data stay on your device, there is minimal risk of breaches or leaks. We rely on Apple's secure APIs and infrastructure.
